when i was down a few weeks ago Roger was telling me there were apparently 4 RAF spirits haunting the place, plus a roman centurion! nice to see him & Mervyn in the video though

was a very good event, i managed to luck out & it coincided with me spending a few days down in Lincs. i uploaded most of my pics (nearly 400!! :shock: ) onto photobucket- bear in mind i only used a wee pocket digital camera, and not one of the very expensive looking cameras which were in eviden...

excellent pic, i'm always very keen to see anything from the HCU, not found a huge amount of material so far.

as others have said, great pics & thanks for posting. particularly interested in 2 of them- the pic of the Pilot from Perth (my home town) & the crew shot from 1661 where my grandad was for a period, always have high hopes that he might just be in one of them, but been unable to come across ...

my grandad was Stirlings pre- & post- his time flying Lancs with 44 Sqn- he was 1661 HCU

that site's new to me, but just looked at the Lancaster build - WOW!!

never seen such attention to detail, such intricate work; puts my ham-fisted glue-smothered wonky-legged aberrations to shame!!
