Hi Steve, Here are the ops flown by Sgt S. Steve, Sgt Woodbridge was posted to 83sqdn from 44sqdn on 29th Feb 42 and flew his first op with the crew of T.A. Lumb on 20th March 42 was a Gardening op to the Frisian Islands. F/O Lumb was posted to the squadron from 25 OTU on 13th Jan 42 and flew as 2nd pilot with the crew of P/O Morphett for 3 ...

The Bomber Command War diaries, which lists just about every operation flown by Bomber Command, has no reference of an actual attack on Ingoldstadt. Possibly RAF Stradishall, which was home to 1657 HCU, flying Stirlings.
