Hi all,
Having been absent from the forum for some time I was shocked to find the John has not been on the forum for several months.
I too have done a search In Australia with the limited info I have for John, but came up blank.
I hope there is some news very soon.
Regards,
Wayne.

Hello Boeing777-200LR, You probably have seen this site, but just in case you haven't :- http://www.flensted.eu.com/1944106.shtml A small photo of the rear of the crashed Lancaster, and photos of the graves of the crew. Also you probably picked up the small mistake on the 2nd document you posted. It...

Re: WW2 RAF Crashes in Bomber County

Re: RAF Wethersfield
Hi WethersfieldRoss,
Do you have full names for the rest of the crew?
I might possibly be able to check for anything on "Mac" if I knew his full name
Cheers,
Wayne.

Re: Dennis Over
So sad to hear the news about Dennis. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Dennis, we did correspond via email. This goes back to the Lancaster Archive forum, as some of you will remember. I liked the way Dennis referred to "My darling Peggy" and how he looked after her. His memory...

Re: Stirling EE903 of No.218 (Gold Coast) Squadron
Hello Christophe, Please don't feel that you shouldn't post anything about your father in law. I'm sure all on this forum would understand he was only doing a job during the war, just as many others did. A few years ago John posted some photo's of some Flak Towers still in existence in Berlin, and t...
