RAF Service Numbers

Help please!
Is it possible to find service numbers for the crew of Stirling LJ899 10th May 1945?
Eric Atkinson
William "Stan" Long
Harold Ashton
William Wright
William Flynn

They don't appear on the ORB pages for that date.

196 Squadron W/Os Ferry & Harvey

The crew of LK147 KIA when it crashed in May 1945 usually flew together.
However on two ocassions the W/O David Welch did not fly.
4th May 1945 W/O was F/L D.F?. FERRY
4th November 1944 W/O was F/S J. HARVEY who also flew with pilot F.A. BROWN
Any further information on FERRY or HARVEY please?

Re: ORB's

Can anyone help with ORBs for 196 Squadron Operation Doomsday please?
There's a lot of interest in LK147 crew in particular and any to put it in context would be useful.

Re: Guestbook Entries 2 ....Can You Help?

I'm trying to find out more about this - rather belatedly.
The Gardens website implies public access to the outside area only and open about once a month.
Are the photographs in a private house on the site?
Is special permission required to see them?
