Just having a scan through posts as I have not been on forums for a while ... any idea why the original images I uploaded are not viewable any more ?
Should I try and upload them again ... if I can find where I put the scanned images

Many thanks Alan ... I wondered what his connection to 150 Sdn was ... possible then he completed a tour of operations then was posted instructing before joining 150 .. such a tragic end to his life.

Hi Ross Just picked up your message .. I will certainly have a look through the ORB to see what may be gleened. 101 would have been at Home on Spalding Moor at that time and it appears from the next posting he is back at an OTU within a couple of months .. so there maybe a story behind this.. With sadness I have to report that Alf Woodier ex 101 Squadron RAF passed away on the 28th November 2015 after a brief illness. He was F/E on P/O H.I Davies's crew from Dec 1944 - April 1945 and once again had been a regular attender at the reunions until this year when the health of his wife Audrey...

Another stalwart of the 101 Squadron Association passed away on the 15th November 2015. Idris 'Taffy' Arndell who was W/Op on Rusty Waughman's crew 1943-44 and was a regular attender at the annual reunion in Lincoln/Ludford for many years ... his last being this September.
