Very good Alan, is there more than one to your collection or were they a 'single' purchase item. Also, is the picture the same?

Hi John,
They were a Royal Doulton collection series some years ago, called "Heroes of the Skies", 12 in all, and sorry to admit that the Stirling plate is the only one in my collection that got broke, and is only whole, due to the help of superglue, the main reason why they now reside in a box in the attic. The collection consists of
Stirling Home Run.
Beaufighter Coastal Mission.
Hampden Morning Excercise.
Defiant Home for Tea.
Mosquito over the Lakes.
Lancaster Low Overhead.
Spitfire over St Pauls.
Hurricane over the White Cliffs of Dover.
Lancaster over Windsor Castle.
Mosquito over Blackpool.
Spitfire coming home.
Hurricane victory pass.

Googling should bring them up somewhere
