Crashed Stirling Photos - Various sources
The first group of photos come from Søren C. Flensted ........ http://www.flensted.eu.com/19430039.shtml
He has compiled a magnificent database collection of information on RAF aircraft that crashed over in Denmark. I have collated some photos of Short Stirling aircraft from the collection and encourage you to visit Soren's site to get the full story on the relevant aircraft. All other types of RAF aircraft are also listed on his web page.

I would like to say, it looks very English in appearance, the surroundings that is. Pity the sqdn code is'nt showing.
There is no paralell in warfare, to such courage and determination in the face of danger, over so long a period. Such devotion, should never be forgotten.

Cheers Alan & Steve .......................... probably fair to say that there would have been quite a number of aircraft over the period of time to make a crash landing of some sought.
