Hi James ... I have only just logged back onto the site after a long absence ... I have not managed to scan in any more pages ... 
it ended up as a back burner project ... and really should bet my finger out ... the main problem was the size of the main diagrams ... and it seems my images did not up load ...
I will endeavour to sort something out in the new year ...
