Automatic Notification of Posts

Post by Upkeep »

Could I ask if there is a facility on this forum to be automatically notified when new posts are made ? Is so, how do I subscribe ?

Hi,

When you write a new post, at the bottom of the page you'll see that there are some options. One is named 'Notify me when a reply is posted'.
You just have to check it.
Regards.

Hi Bruno - yes, I saw that. But that only notifies me of new posts on the same topic. I'd like to be notified of any new posts/topics made on the forum. Some forums allow you to do this by 'subscribing' to each forum or subforum. It may be that this one doesn't have that facility.

I must be going senile. I looked for that option, in exactly that place, more than once, and I swear it wasn't there !

The only thing I can think is when I looked I wasn't actually logged in as a member. I suspect it doesn't show if you're not logged in.

Anyway, it's there now. Thanks Bruno !

Hi,

Exactly, you can't see this option if you aren't logged. ;)
