Hello Paul and welcome to the forum.
As much as I would like to comment, I'll refrain and let Bruno ( who specialises in 38 Group ) make comment.

Re: BOMBER COMMAND CLASP

Hello,

As soon as Bomber Command Clasp was created I thought about veterans who flew the same bombers during the same period but were never in Bomber Command : 38 Group Squadrons which was mainly in Fighter Command or Transport Squadrons like 46 Group Squadrons by example. Perhaps should have they created a clasp only written 'Bomber'?
I'm really sorry.
Best regards.
