The Stirling Aircraft Society - Annual General Meeting 2016
Prospective members and existing members, please join us on Sunday 2nd October 2016 at The Kings Hotel, Oxford Road, Stokenchurch, Bucks HP14 3TA. (http://www.kingshoteluk.com , half a mile from junction 5 of the M40, 20 miles from Oxford, 40 miles from London).
It is one of the few occasions in the year when members from different areas can meet together and share ideas for taking their Society forward. Copies of the final agenda and annual reports will be available on the day at the venue.
The meeting will start at 12.00 with a break for lunch. Lunch is available at the hotel and should be ordered on your arrival.
It is likely that the meeting will finish by 4 pm.
