I have seen but unable to now find a reference that less than a dozen aircraft were fitted with AGLT at the close of 1944. This appears to be rather low but could relate to one flight in a Squadron !

For what it's worth, Hugh's first trip was to Bremen on 06OCT44; as far as I know all of his ops were completed as a Village Inn gunner.
