AM Form 1180 Accident Cards

Post by smudgersmith218 »

Gents,

Has anyone down loaded Accident Cards from the TNA ?

I am after two Blenheims Accident Cards, I have waited 5 weeks for RAF Hendon, but I am told they are available from the TNA. I had a quick look but was unable to find. Can anyone advice and point in the right direction please.

TIA

Steve, try the AVIA series in the link below, just scroll down until you find the beginning of the accidents. I have also tried typing the make and serial number of aircraft into the search engine with good results.

discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/results/r/?_ps=60&_rv=simple&_q=AVIA%2F5
There is no paralell in warfare, to such courage and determination in the face of danger, over so long a period. Such devotion, should never be forgotten.

Hi Alan,

Thanks for the heads up, either I am thick ( answers on a post card ) or I am doing something wrong, I am after two accident cards for two Blenheims of 218, T1920 & L9264. No joy
