Dingy release lever?

Post by spark plug »

My first post , I admit having had a struggle uploading pictures. I am a member of the Stirling aircraft project and
I have my own small collection of Stirling parts all of which are on hand to lend to the project to use as patterns and would like to share some images .
This one we think is a dingy release lever but it is not confirmed, part no 0291640 regards Kev

Welcome, Kev! Can't help with positive ID on the part pictured, except to say that any handle with cable attached is very likely from emergency hatch or dinghy release. Does anything survive by way of a Shorts company archive?
