An ordinary crew website
For those of you who were aware of and used my website http://www.ordinarycrew.co.uk over the past 10 years or so, written as a tribute to the crew of 467 squadron Lancaster PO-L ME453, this site is now closed because the site structure is obsolete and no longer supported by the hosting company. However, I am currently working on a new site based very much on the old one but of course "bigger and better". I'm hoping it will go live soon, though in an incomplete form so please bear with me.

Max
I am looking forward to seeing the revamped version.
I have had to lock my No. 35 Squadron website due to suspicious activity by someone in the Far East so I too am taking the opportunity to update it, with the the aim of relaunching it in the next couple of months (time permitting)
Regards
Pete

Press on regardless, Max.
I look forward to seeing your new site and if I can assist in any way, please ask.
Onward and upwards my friend.

Re: An ordinary crew website
Right chaps, the new site is now live! It's a long way from complete but the structure is there plus some info., primarily about the "political" arguments for attacking the canals.
I'm using a company called Wix to host the new site, I completely lost it with Domains.com and we parted company acrimoniously though with a full refund after they had "mislaid" the content of my long labours.....but all's well that ends well and Wix is highly recommended for any would-be website developers.
If you have any comments, suggestions, info or feedback (be as brutal as you like!) about the little that's there at the moment I'd be grateful, or indeed further downstream.

Re: An ordinary crew website
Thanks Richard, the new format gives me much more scope with displaying information, which in turn has led me to explore areas that I hadn't really thought about before, so hopefully more depth to it all! Ever onwards!
