Hello
I am seeking information on the following:
In Arendal there was shot down 2 aircrafts on the 25/2-1945, I think it was recorded in the UK at the 26th, It is what we call the Hølen plane the LJ925
And the Torungen plane Halifax MK III NA 103 from 298 Squadron.
I see also that in the book Short Stirling Units of World War 2 By Jonathan Falconer, he is mention a lost aircraft LK197, I have in some german documents mention a third plain, but I cant find a suitable map that covers the quadrants that has been used, I hope some of you can help med whit this. or guide me in the right direction.
as listed in the german war book
Quadrat 05 ON E Qu 97 eine Halifax
Quadrat CS 47 eine Sterling
Quadrat CT 72 eine Landcaster
the type of the plain aren't necessarily correct.
From Norway

Hello Bruno
Thanks for the lead
Didn't get any further with that lead other than, there was a down load for an excel program to convert LUNA quadrants, made by Mr. svejgaard I Denmark.
Mr. svejgaard and my self has crossed path before so I've asked him kindly for some help to solve the first mystery with the quadrant positions, so hopefully I can get some further to find the missing plain.
I will keep you updated
Werner
