Unfortunately I don't have the logbook but I have already requested from Kew a copy of the 149 ORB. Just waiting impatiently for it to arrive!
I've also requested a copy of his service record from Cranwell.

Came in late on this one, if you can wait until Saturday I will send you a PdF of the Form 1180 Accident Card and AM Form 78 Movement Card.

I have a number of 149 (East India) Squadron photographs some where, will have a search over the next few days.
