Not at all Steve, it is great that such details are being posted and that all members can share in the knowledge of what is coming through. Good stuff!

Gents,

My copy of the book below turned up yesterday.


My initial reaction is encouraging apart the reliance on all too often used photographs.

This is part 1 of a series of 5 volumes from Martin:

Volume 2 June 1942 – Summer 1943
Volume 3 July 1943 March 1944
Volume 4 Battle with the Luftwaffe 31st March 1944 – September 1944
Volume 5 September 1944 – May 1945

I for one will be buying these as and when they appear, I like Martins style of writing and his accuracy of research.

For me 9/10 *

* Would have been 10/10 if not for the over use of all too often reproduced photographs. ;)
