WW2 in Photos

Post by wayne »

Hi All,

I have been following this series of photos and thought some of you might be interested.
They have done 14 topics so far.
Some photos I have seen before, but many are new to me.
I hope you find the link of interest.

Yes, many thanks Wayne. The photos, just to name a few, of the Dornier formation and the internal shot of the Heinkel He 111 are superb, mate.
Cheers,
John

A facsinating group of photo's, which also graphically shows the brutality of the German and Japanese troops against the civil populations of the countries they invaded. And if Wayne does not mind, also worth looking at are the photo albums at this site, if you have not already visited. www.bombfinney.com which comes from a posting on RAF Commands.
There is no paralell in warfare, to such courage and determination in the face of danger, over so long a period. Such devotion, should never be forgotten.
