There is no paralell in warfare, to such courage and determination in the face of danger, over so long a period. Such devotion, should never be forgotten.

Hello gents ................ Gary, if you type 'King's crown image of the 101 squadron crest'into google 'IMAGES' .................. it will bring up all quote a number, that you can copy & paste.
Cheers,
John

Footnote - I use google 'images' for nearly all of my searches. Instead of having to read to find something, you can see it straight away. Anyway, that's my two bob's worth.
Cheers,
John

Hi John ... sadly no I have quite a few of these ... but they are Queen's crown (post 1952) ... indicated by the indents either side of the cross in the top of the crown ... the King's crown pattern is just curved.... check the one Alan posted...
But thanks for looking !! :P

Ok mate, yes ............ I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for ( as far as detail goes).
This is all I could find now ......... that I'm aware of the difference in crowns. :)
