Winkle Brown is giving a talk at the Chalke Valley Festival on 29th June, just half an hour up the road. Richard and I both went last year to hear (we thought) Tony Iveson and Tom Neale but Tony was a no-show for one reason or another. Tom, a fighter pilot and in his 90s was fantastic and spoke for a full hour without pause. I hope to be there to hear Winkle though I've been a bit tardy in applying for tickets. Amazing man indeed.
