It looks fascinating, I have just advance ordered the paperback version... now I've got to be patient..... ho hum..... waiting......

I was told about this book a couple of weeks ago and ordered a copy. So far it hasn't turned up although the money has been paid. Hope it won't be too long. Just checked and expected delivery date is now 26 August.

Kerry, hopefully, the time will fly by in no time.

I ordered my copy from Bookworld here in Australia and received notification that it was posted today - from the UK. Not bad for $22.95 delivered.

Kerry, my brother bought it locally here ( Ballina, New South Wales ) and paid $25 for it.
Amazing .............. you can send it halfway around the world and post it back and it works out cheaper!
