Mike,
I've looked in my copy of the Nachtjagd War Diaries (Boiten/Mackenzie) which is almost certainly the most authoritative reference book available to date, pending the next edition, but there is no entry for night fighter claims between the dates of 14 and 23 May 1943 so it seems probable that the destruction of Stirling OJ-P was not due to night fighters.

Thank you Max. Appreciate your reply. Have you any idea where I can access flak records for this period? Best Regards. Mike

Flak records have eluded me in all my years of research, I don't doubt there are some in the BundesArchiv but where I've no idea, sorry.

Thanks again Max. I did email the Bundes Archiv some weeks ago, but as yet have had no reply. Mike
