Just to say, these Corgi models are great. Now I am not a collector, but just three days ago I found one - or it found me - (a limited edition and NOT a Stirling, by the way) in a hobby shop in Medellin, Colombia, in an experience that ranks as one of the most bizarre moments of my existence. The story is too incredible to actually write here (you would not believe me), but I put it down to fact sometimes being stranger than fiction. Just trust me; it was very, very weird, almost spooky...

I love that MacRobert's Reply! Thanks for posting the pictures, very much appreciated.

Corgi release AA39503 Short Stirling Mk.III 218 Sqn RAF Arthur Aaron VC arrived yesterday, like the second release the colours are a couple of shades to bright and the top turret fairings are not tall enough but despite these faults it is still an impressive model with a lot of presence.

Interesting to see they changed the bomb colour on this one, decided to display this one with them exposed as a result.
