And here are a couple more from our good friend, Max.

I'm not much good at these, but the left hand one looks like a Manchester. No idea about the other one.

Either that or a new pair of specsK4KittyCrew wrote:Mate, is that a hint for another OIC ???????John
I have to say I wasn't entirely sure what OIC was (Officer in Charge ? Officer's Initial Course ?), so I looked it up. I found 192 meanings, including Orangutan Information Centre and Opiate Induced Constipation . Wouldn't want any of that !
Finally realised it was Operation Identification Challenge. Doh.

Hmmmmm the left one looks like a Manchester, the right one looks like a Lancaster.
I must say I chuckled when I read those meanings of OIC

Re: Aircraft Identification Challenge No: 15
First looks like a Vulture engined Manchester, the second, a Lanc, but surely, thats to easy!!

Could they both be Manchesters with the difference that the one onthe right is a Manchester 3 which was infact the Lancaster prototype?

I reckon Pilotdreamer could be on to something there!!
