Re: New Forum Developments Pending!
Great News members and guests. Bruno is about to expand the forum base to cover Bomber Command, as a whole. This will allow us to offer more details for the queries that we get, as well as further enhancing our membership base.
Please note that the main focus of this whole site is the Short Stirling. That will never change. What we are endeavouring to do, is open up further opportunities to grow the forum and increase our awareness to the public.
We are please to announce that new members continue to join up, including some who I regard as experts in their field.
We even have Dennis, ( Denoline ) on board, who just happens to be a two tour bomber Command veteran ( rear gunner ) who flew in both Stirlings and Lancasters. I'm sure Dennis will relay the time he fell out of a Stirling, whilst taking off! Dennis knowledge and memory of the actual events is nothing short of amazing!
Bruno & I, sincerely hope you enjoy the new forum.
Regards,
John

Bruno & John,
I am sure that all members both new and old will benefit from the expansion of the site to include all aspects of RAF Bomber Command. I am certain that the forum will go from strength to strength given that we all in our own particular way try to perpetuate the memory of all those who served and died within the ranks of RAF Bomber Command.
Regards
Steve

I agree with Steve's sentiments. It is important for us to remember everyone who served with Bomber Command during the War and to remember the survivors as well as the 55000 who died.

Fantastic, the forum can only get better.
Hi all,
some may know me, most wont, but a new member to the forum and glad to be here.
Neale is the name, BC is the game.
But seriously, if we can all forward the cause of remembering those fantastic men and women of Bomber Command where ever they served all the better I say.
There will be more to follow this post.....
Cheers,
Neale Wellman
