Is it possible that it was not referring to the pilot being inexperienced but that he was inexperienced at flying under those conditions.

So we are praying for wet weather so that Max will get out of the garden and do some modelling for a change. The top of his head was looking a bit red when I was talking to him on Skype the other day. So it might be an idea for him to get back to modelling before his brain boils.

The point these PC's don't get is that a word in itself is not offensive. It is the intent it is delivered with that makes it offensive. The same word could be an insult or a term of endearment. Thanks for the info Adam. Unfortunately Shelley is working part time and doesn't know from one week to the next when she is needed. I'm also in a position where I can't guarantee whether I could get time off. Maybe 2012, unless Max gets his way and we're off to the UK again.
