John, I went to the 467/463 Squadron Lunch here in Brisbane. We only had two veterans present, one of whom marched. A current Naval Officer marched with the Squadrons instead of with his Naval group. He had been told that he couldn't wear his grandfather's medals (467) and march with the Navy seeing...

Max, he also scored 83.8% on his Navigation Course. He was a Pilot Officer before being shipped to the UK in September 43 and by July 44, when he finished at 1661 HCU as part of Eric's crew, he was a Flying Officer. After the war he remained in the Canadian Forces until late 1949. With those results...
