W/C Douglas Creswell Hagerman

I am looking for the actual wording on the DFC and on the DFC Bar W/C Douglas Hagerman received. The DFC was with No. 12 Squadron and the Bar was while with 419 Moose Squadron. He was F/L Hagerman while with No. 12.
I am a researcher on 419 Squadron and have been presenting a website on the squadron for the past 13 years. Many RAF airmen flew with the squadron. Finding photos of them is difficult. Is there any place where I could find these photos on line ?
