Modelling the Hosa in 1/72

Post by menright »

This inquiry concerns the centre fuelage-mounted skid section of the Horsa.

For a model of the Horsa in-flight and under tow, would this be retracted and if so, would it be flush with the fuselage underside?

I assume the skid was deployed when on the ground prior to take off, during take-off and then again on approach to landing.

Any advice would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Michael

Hi Michael

Can't help you with your query unfortunately, but it might be worthwhile posting it on the Britmodeller Forum, there's some pretty knowledgeable people on there and they'll make you very welcome

regards

John
