A Stirling Effort

Post by smudgersmith218 »

Hi all,

Firstly I hope Bruno and John do not object to me plugging my book on RAF Downham Market. This 550 page book details the operations from this iconic airfield. This is a draft of the cover, mistake an all.

Still looking for any photo's of 214 Squadron while operational from Downham Market. 50% of the proceeds are doing to the Downham Market appeal.

Book should be out November / December.

Just want to thank all those who have helped with this project.

Cheers

Steve

Hi Bruno,

It is because of the generosity of members on the forum that i can put the information into print.

The more books on the crews who operated the Short Stirling the better!! :D

Cheers Bruno
