If that's what was meant it was not very well written. Maybe it's a Canadianism?

This challenge fits in very nicely with an ebook I'm reading, or trying to read. I picked up "The Arnprior experiment, an appraisal of pilot selection procedures in the RCAF and RAF" as a free ebook. Unfortunately, it has been scanned into a wordprocessor program which changes a lot of the characters and makes it difficult to read. In the appendices it has all of the evaluation techniques used at ITS, EFTS and SFTS. Describes the tests used on the link trainer and for initial training on a Tiger Moth. I'll try to transcribe the sections into English and put the relative sections up for members use.

I actually thought that question 4 was easy compared to the rest, as it answered the question for you. Just waiting to see if Richard is going to have a go, then post the answers.
There is no paralell in warfare, to such courage and determination in the face of danger, over so long a period. Such devotion, should never be forgotten.

Right, Richard appears to be "missing" in action or AWOL, so i can tell you that, apart from questions 3 and 7, which the candidate got wrong, and therefore i do not know the correct answer to them, those that answered 22, 3, ? 9, 1, 63, 3, 17, L, 4, 5, 4, 8, 5, are correct. I can only assume that, because both answers given to questions 3 and 7 by John and James are the same, that they are right ?

Page two....this was a bit harder for the candidate, as he could not answer 16, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24, 25 and 27, so can't check them. By the way, if anyone wants scans of the originals when finished, let me know and i'll send them.
