Well I know what it is (isn't google wonderful ) but I think I ruined everyone's fun on the last one so I'll let someone else take a go at this one.

I think that this is a French design that was taken on later by the Germans, a Latecoere 299A, hence why it is not what we think it might be!!
There is no paralell in warfare, to such courage and determination in the face of danger, over so long a period. Such devotion, should never be forgotten.

Spot on. Interesting aeroplane which according to the information that accompanied the photo was an engine testbed for the Arsenal VB10, which was not very successful!
