Internal Photo - Stirling or Lancaster?

Post by K4KittyCrew »

Hi folks,

Here is a good internal photo found on the Internet. The only other photo with it was of a Short Stirling but can anyone clarify it?

John,
I'm pretty sure that's a Lanc cockpit up front, and don't know why i did'nt notice that there's no 2nd pilots control column where it should be for a Stirling.

There is no paralell in warfare, to such courage and determination in the face of danger, over so long a period. Such devotion, should never be forgotten.

John, the apparent rounded contour looks more Lanc. than Stirling.
