Last week I was back on the forum, the first time in a few months I'm sorry to say. While checking all of the entries under " New Posts ", I came upon two photos of beam guns fitted into Stirlings. Most unusual! A day or so ago, I mentioned seeing these photos to a friend who would also like to see them. Unfortunately, I have forgotten exactly where in the forum that I found them and after searching through the forum looking, I still cannot find said photos. Would anyone here know where exactly they are?
Please help a forgetful old brain.
Chris

Re: Photo Search
Hi Chris
I've just been to the RAF Museum research section and have some files relating to the Stirling Armament which I think sheds a little more light on the fitment of the beam guns. I've not read it all yet but if you have anything in particular of interest I'll see if there is anything that could help.
Also some information on the 115ft wing span Stirling - watch this space!

Re: Photo Search
No, there wasn't anything of particular interest that I was looking for here. I just couldn't find these images again so I could post a link to a friend. But if you do have more intel on the beam guns, I would be interested in seeing it, just out of curiosity.
