Aircraft Parts Challenge 024

Post by K4KittyCrew »

Right then, who can name this 'part'.
CLUE - This 'part' was used on a product that would have been in every RAF bomber.
Source will be listed when challenge is complete.
Good luck ................ more clues if and when required.

John,
Not sure if this would actually be carried in the aircraft. (i know what it is, but have not got one in my attic) :)
There is no paralell in warfare, to such courage and determination in the face of danger, over so long a period. Such devotion, should never be forgotten.

Here on the Short Stirling & RAF Bomber Command Forum, 99% of time it pays to have such knowledgeable members on board ............. but when it comes to posting 'identification challenges' the downside is that it is very hard to find something that these good people don't know about Bomber Command activities.

Gents, you are both spot on the money.
